I like the form of these Vertical Sided Elm Wood Bowls, which are hand made by myself.

Some years ago I bought some planks of American Oak (when I used to buy foreign timbers). However, one of the planks wasn't Oak, but, to me looks and turns like Elm. I don't have that much of this plank left, but I've made some bowls like this one, and will continue to do so until the wood runs out. Then I'll revert to using mostly English Timbers.
