I'm currently unable to post to these locations due to the introduction of EU GPSR legislation on 13th Dec 2024 (which also covers Northern Ireland).
Other Countries (Ex Northern America)
Charged at cost, using Royal Mail, e.g. Japan £7.45. You may be charged import taxes, which are not included in any quotes provided.
I may not be able to post to certain countries, due to legal or insurance limitation reasons. Please clearly state your country when enquiring.
Packaging
I package all items with care and attention, to ensure as safe a delivery as possible.
I use as little plastic too - sometimes none. Except for large/heavy items, I use tissue paper to stop items moving around inside the boxes (tissue paper wouldn't keep heavy items safe).
Where possible, I use cardboard boxes, with paper tape. Sometimes this isn't practical - e.g. for delivery labels - but I try as much as I can.
As most items are made to order, in the unlikely event of an item being damaged or lost in transit, it may take some time to remake. I am not liable for the losses caused by transit damages, delays or losses.
